AAYUSH WELLNESS LIMITED is hiring a Commercial Lawyer with 1 year of experience to join their office in Goregaon East, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate MOUs, agreements, and commercial contracts.
- Prepare and maintain website, HR, sales, and purchase policies along with compliance documents.
- Manage the legal framework for ISO certification and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, healthcare regulations, and labour laws.
- Provide legal counsel on client, customer, and employee-related issues.
- Represent the company in disputes or litigation when required.
- Liaise with external counsel for specialized legal matters.
- Support procurement, sales, and HR teams with legal insights and policy alignment.
- Identify potential business risks and recommend preventive strategies.
- Stay updated on evolving laws affecting the healthcare sector.
- Conduct internal legal and compliance training sessions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, labour, and contract laws.
- Experience in drafting legal documents and policies.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and industry compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in legal documentation, MS Office, and legal research tools.
- Desirable: Exposure to litigation, knowledge of data protection laws, and understanding of healthcare regulatory standards (CDSCO, NABH, etc.).
