Details of the Job/Internship
DB RRTS is hiring a Commercial Lawyer with up to 5 years of experience to join their office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing legal aspects of major infrastructure and rail projects.
- Handling contract management, interpretation, and legal processes.
- Advising on corporate governance and shareholder matters.
- Providing legal support across employment, labour, leasing, dispute management, compliance, insurance, and construction-related matters.
- Managing and coordinating with external legal counsel.
- Identifying and resolving legal issues using practical and business-oriented approaches.
- Supporting business teams with clear and actionable legal advice.
Eligibility
- Law degree with valid membership in a recognized Bar or Law Society.
- Up to 5 years of experience as legal counsel, preferably with in-house exposure.
- Experience in public transport or infrastructure projects is desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
