Details of the Job/Internship

IMC Trading is hiring a Commercial Legal Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join its legal team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including technology, consulting, and finance agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
• Review and improve internal legal policies and procedures.
• Support corporate governance, privacy, and employment law matters as required.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice aligned with business objectives.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree, with LL.M. preferred, from a recognized law school.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house role within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
