Details of the Job/Internship
BR Law Corporation is hiring a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join their Dispute Resolution team in Singapore. The role involves working on commercial litigation matters, including construction disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft submissions, affidavits, and other court documents.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations under supervision.
- Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution options under supervision.
- Assist in case preparation, trial management, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Candidates from private practice as well as in-house legal counsel wishing to return to practice are welcome to apply.
