Details of the Job/Internship
Vis Legis Law Practice is looking for candidates for the role of Commercial Litigation Attorney.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling Commercial Disputes, Civil Suits, and summary suits in Bombay High Court.
- Manage arbitration proceedings, including international arbitration.
- Address matters of oppression & mismanagement, and company scheme matter per Companies Act, 2013.
- Coordinate with clients, provide advice on commercial disputes and offer corporate advisory services.
- Brief Senior Counsel and assist during hearings.
- Appear before Bombay High Court, City civil court, NCLT, and NCLAT.
