Details of the Job/Internship

PayAssured is hiring a Commercial Recovery Lawyer with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on live recovery matters with a focus on customer settlements.
• Draft commercial settlement contracts and structure payment plans.
• Follow up on commitments and move matters toward closure.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advocates.
• Use legal and commercial strategies to convert stalled receivables into outcomes.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, banking and finance legal work, or commercial legal practice.
• Experience in commercial settlements and litigation preferred.
• Hands-on drafting experience with legal notices, replies, settlement contracts, payment plans, and recovery communications.
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with urgency, accuracy, and commercial awareness.

Salary/Stipend
