Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring a Commercial Transaction Attorney with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft agreements, deeds, MOUs, and other legaldocuments for commercial transactions, includinginvestment documents.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare detailed reportssuch as Due Diligence Report, Compliance Report,and Vetting Report.
• Advise clients on investment, joint venture, takeover,and transfer-related documents.
• Represent clients in meetings with stakeholders,negotiating on their behalf.
• Provide guidance on compliance with CorporateLaw, FEMA Regulations, and SEBI Regulations.

Eligibility

• 2 to 4 years of experience in handling commercial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, FEMARegulations, and SEBI Regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
