Details of the Job/Internship

Varahe Analytics Private Limited is hiring a Comms Legal Intern with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Noida. The role involves supporting legal and contractual operations on a short-term basis by assisting with documentation and contract management tasks to ensure agreements and processes remain legally sound and compliant.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalise legal agreements including vendor agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, MSAs, SLAs, and termination notices.
• Ensure contractual documents reflect appropriate legal and commercial terms and comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Maintain and update the contracts database, tracking milestones, obligations, and renewal or expiry dates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align contractual documentation with project requirements.
• Assist in issuing and responding to termination notices, analysing contractual terms and legal implications.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in documentation and recommend legal remedies where required.
• Provide legal inputs on process improvement initiatives related to contract lifecycle management.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews relating to legal documentation and record-keeping.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and compliance, preferably in corporate, disputes, M&A, or legal consultation.
• Strong understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, insolvency laws, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and deliver within tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.
