Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Communications Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage firm-wide communication across internal, external, digital, and media platforms.
• Drive press relations and build strong media networks domestically and globally.
• Draft, edit, and curate content including press releases, thought leadership, and social media.
• Collaborate with attorneys to translate legal content into strategic narratives.
• Lead integrated communication campaigns across practice areas and platforms.
• Maintain brand standards, tone of voice, and digital presence.
• Track media metrics, social engagement, and campaign performance.
• Organise events, webinars, and recognition initiatives.

Eligibility

• 5–8 years of experience in communications, PR, or journalism.
• Experience in legal or professional services industry preferred.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, deadlines, and multiple projects.
• Understanding of digital media and reputation management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
• Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, or related field (law graduates preferred).
