Details of the Job/Internship
Anand and Anand is hiring a Communications Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join its office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage internal, external, digital, and media communications across the firm.
- Drive press relations and develop strong domestic and international media networks.
- Draft, edit, and curate impactful content such as press releases, articles, award submissions, and website copy.
- Collaborate with attorneys to craft strategic narratives from complex legal topics.
- Lead integrated campaigns across practice areas and digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and digital visibility, particularly on LinkedIn and legal media.
- Monitor media coverage, track engagement, and report on campaign performance.
- Support firm events, webinars, and recognition initiatives that enhance visibility.
Eligibility
- 5–8 years of experience in communications, PR, or journalism, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills, with experience in leadership messaging preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of digital media, reputation management, and content design.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and WordPress; familiarity with social media and basic design tools is an advantage.
- Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field. Law graduates or candidates with legal industry experience will be preferred.
