Details of the Job/Internship
VISCO India is hiring a Company Formation & Legal Executive with 0–3 years of experience to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle company incorporation processes including Private Limited, LLP, and OPC.
- Manage Startup India and MSME (Udyam) registrations.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents and applications.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with MCA and regulatory requirements.
- Track application status and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organised records of legal and compliance activities.
- Liaise with consultants, CAs, and internal teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in legal/compliance or company formation.
- Familiarity with MCA portal, Startup India, and Udyam registration processes.
- Proficiency in legal documentation and compliance handling.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
