Details of the Job/Internship
Lawshield Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Company Lawyer with a Bachelor’s degree in Law to join their office in a full-time remote capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate and commercial contracts.
- Ensure the organization maintains full regulatory and legal compliance with Indian laws.
- Provide sound legal advisory services and risk management strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Manage and organize all legal documentation for the company.
- Conduct detailed legal research and apply analytical thinking to solve corporate challenges.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate legal expertise into business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB is required; LLM is preferred).
- Strong expertise in Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
- Familiarity with Indian legal regulations and procedures.
- Previous experience in tech-enabled legal solutions, fintech, or corporate law is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
