Details of the Job/Internship
India Lawshield is hiring a Company Lawyer to join their team in a full-time remote role. The selected candidate will be responsible for legal documentation, compliance, and advisory functions within the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Provide advisory services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research and draft contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company in potential negotiations or legal proceedings.
- Maintain consistent updates regarding legal frameworks and corporate governance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LLM) is advantageous.
- Bar Council Certification or equivalent professional licensing.
- Proficiency in contract drafting, compliance analysis, and regulatory laws.
- Strong skills in legal research and legal documentation.
- Experience in corporate governance and advisory services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of technology-driven legal platforms is a plus.
