Details of the Job/Internship

WUDLAY Plywood is hiring for the position of a Company Lawyer to join their office in Bareilly. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Company Lawyer will be responsible for legal matters related to manufacturing, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to management, and handling any legal disputes that arise.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law.
• Experience in intellectual property law and legal compliance.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice and counsel.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.

Salary/Stipend
