Role and Responsibilities
This is a full time role for a Company Lawyer located in Bengaluru.
The Company Lawyer will responsible for providing legal counsel and support on various business matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, reviewing and drafting contracts and representing the company in legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Legal Reaserch, Contract Review and Legal Councelling Skills
- Knowledge of Corporate and Business law
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent writen and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a corporate legal department
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Law degree from a recognised institution and Bar Council registration
