In December 2022, Harmony acquired the non-Hamon Group-based business of Hamon Research Cottrell India Pvt. Ltd. (HRCIN), including the company's reference list, knowledge base, and know-how, and the team in its entirety.

Details of the Job/Internship

Harmony Environmental Systems Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Company Secretary and Legal Professional.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves ensuring corporate compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining and updating statutory records, managing board and shareholder meetings, and drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• The individual will also handle corporate filings, provide legal advice, and manage and liaise with external legal counsel when required.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in corporate governance and knowledge of Company Law, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills for maintaining statutory registers and filing compliance
• Ability to manage board meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and communicate resolutions effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
• Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting, is an advantage.
