Jain Metal Group is hiring an Assistant CS and Legal Officer to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and provide legal consulting.
- Ensure compliance with business laws.
- Manage contract law matters.
- Collaborate with the legal department and internal teams to support legal needs.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- CS qualification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Business Law and general Law.
- Experience in legal consulting and legal document preparation.
- Knowledge of contract law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry is beneficial.
