Centrik is a leading consulting studio specializing in Government, Tax, and Legal (GTL) services with niche expertise. Their practice spans RERA advisory, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC/NCLT), litigation before NCLT/NCLAT, and legal support for homebuyers in delayed possession cases.
Details of the Job/Internship
Centrik Group is hiring for the position of Company Secretary for IBC, NCLT to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end CIRP and liquidation processes under the IBC framework.
- Represent clients in litigation matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
- Provide strategic advice on compliance, restructuring, and insolvency matters.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Draft petitions, applications, and legal documentation.
- Support homebuyers in delayed possession disputes through legal and procedural remedies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cases.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in CIRP, liquidation, and insolvency proceedings.
- Strong knowledge of IBC, NCLT, and NCLAT procedures.
- Proven experience handling litigation and compliance matters.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the legal consulting sector is preferred.
