Details of the Job/Internship
BVG India Limited is seeking a CS Intern with at least two Professional groups passed in ICSI to work at the Pune location. This role offers exposure to corporate governance, secretarial practices, and legal documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- IPO & Pre-Listing Compliance:
- Understanding the processes involved in drafting and filing a Prospectus.
- Assisting in the pre-listing compliance framework as per SEBI (ICDR) regulations.
- Exposure to regulatory filings and interactions with stock exchanges.
- Corporate Secretarial Compliance:
- Working on routine secretarial filings and compliance management for Companies, LLPs, and Foreign Entities.
- Assisting in statutory documentation, board resolutions, and annual filings as per the Companies Act, 2013.
- FEMA & RBI Regulatory Compliance:
- Assisting in filings related to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), and External Commercial Borrowings (ECB).
- Understanding the reporting framework and procedural aspects of FEMA and RBI regulations.
- Corporate Structure & Management:
- Understanding corporate governance practices and organizational structures.
- Developing analytical and management skills to handle corporate secretarial functions effectively.
Eligibility
- Minimum of two Group of Professional exams completed (ICSI)
- LLB is an added advantage
- Strong interest in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and pre-IPO processes.
- Eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal matters.
- Good research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
