Details of the Job/Internship
GREX is hiring a Company Secretary to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Company Secretary & Lawyer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, managing legal documentation reviewing due diligence reports, and standardizing various templates of resolutions for Corporate and Board Actions.
- Additionally, they will handle dispute resolutions, and governance matters while also ensuring efficient communication with government and regulatory agencies.
Eligibility
- Expertise in corporate and securities law.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory requirements for capital markets.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, draft legal agreements, and provide legal advice.
- Experience with corporate governance and board meetings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience of a minimum of 5 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law with relevant experience and sound knowledge of FDI regulations, FEMA, company law, etc.
