Details of the Job/Internship
Schbang is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretarial and Legal Compliance Associate to join their team to work at the Mumbai Office. This role is crucial in ensuring our organization's adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely adaptation of internal policies.
- Draft, review, and manage various legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Maintain organized records of legal and compliance-related documents.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for employees on compliance and ethical practices.
- Manage regulatory filings, registrations, and renewals.
- Support internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues.
- Contribute to risk management activities by identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and LLB graduate is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months to 1.5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Available to join immediately or within 7 days.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, compliance regulations, and secretarial practices.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
