Details of the Job/Internship

India Sotheby’s International Realty is hiring a Company Secretary with experience of 5–10 years to join their office in Saket, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act 2013, SEBI, FEMA, and RERA regulations.
• Manage all event-based and annual statutory filings with the MCA and ROC.
• Organize Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings, including drafting notices and minutes.
• Draft and review complex real estate agreements, including JVs, lease deeds, and MOUs.
• Manage RERA project registrations, quarterly updates, and builder-buyer agreement oversight.
• Oversee legal and statutory compliance for the company’s Sri Lanka operations in alignment with local laws.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for property due diligence and litigation matters.
• Support fundraising and investor relations through rigorous compliance and due diligence.

Eligibility

• Mandatory Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate or infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of RERA, FEMA, and Indian Company Law.
• Experience in handling cross-border transactions or international compliance is an asset.
• Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage multiple regulatory stakeholders independently.
• High standards of professional ethics, discretion, and integrity.
