Details of the Job/Internship
Dezan Shira & Associates are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Company Secretary Trainee to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical exposure to corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparing Board and Committee meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Filing necessary forms and returns with MCA, RBI and other regulatory authorities.
- Maintaining statutory registers and records in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Supporting compliance activities, including drafting resolutions and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Researching legal and regulatory updates and their impact on the organization.
- Coordinating with various departments for timely compliance reporting.
Eligibility
- It should be Professional Passed.
- Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
