FatakPay is hiring for the position of Company Secretary - Trainee to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Private Placement Management: Facilitate private placement transactions by ensuring compliance with legal requirements and preparing necessary documentation.
- Allotment Processes: Oversee the allotment of shares, including managing shareholder records and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Disbursement Oversight: Manage financial disbursements related to dividends and other shareholder payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Annual Compliance: Ensure timely filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
- Resolution Drafting: Prepare and maintain records of board resolutions, minutes of meetings, Director’s Report and other corporate documentation.
- Corporate Governance: Advise the board on corporate governance best practices and ensure adherence to legal obligations.
- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, external auditors, and legal advisors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the board of directors, shareholders, and management regarding corporate matters.
Eligibility
- CS Trainee who has passed Executive Level or Professional.
- Active enough to take part in the affairs of the Company.
- Well versed with provisions of Companies Act.
- Basic knowledge of Secretarial and Legal Compliances.
