The candidate will get Exposer in, Company Incorporation, Company Law Compliance, Preparation of Secretarial Documents, FEMA, Agreement drafting, LLP Incorporations, LLP Filings, Registrations – MSME, IPR, Food License, IEC, Legal Metrology, etc.
Eligibility
- Qualification: CS Executive/Professional (completed) with a basic understanding of Company Law.
- Basic knowledge of Company Law and related compliances.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
