Proficio Advisors is hiring a Company Secretary Trainee for its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Secretarial Compliances as required under Companies Act 2013 & Secretarial Standards.
- Filing forms- FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA under FEMA laws and RBI Act and Liasoning with AD.
- Drafting Share subscription/ Shareholders Agreement and other Legal Documents in M&A and Takeover Assignment.
- Legal and secretarial Due diligence.
- Advising on corporate governance.
