Details of the Job/Internship
AMRG & Associates is hiring a professional for its UAE Advisory Practice to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
A. Research Responsibilities:
- Conducting structured and detailed research on UAE taxation laws.
- Tracking and analysing new tax notifications, amendments, and regulatory updates.
- Preparing internal research notes and technical summaries for senior review.
B. Drafting Responsibilities (Primary Focus):
- Drafting tax advisory opinions and technical memorandums.
- Preparing client responses, issue notes, and presentations.
- Writing research papers, articles, and alerts on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
C. Knowledge Management:
- Maintaining and updating internal repositories of tax research, precedents, and regulatory updates.
- Developing templates and standard formats for recurring advisory work.
Eligibility
- Excellent command of professional written English.
- Strong analytical and interpretational abilities.
- Good understanding of tax laws, regulations, and legal document interpretation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
