Arav Ventures is hiring for the position of Company Secretary to join their office in Surat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, SEBI, and regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other authorities.
- Facilitate board meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate board resolutions.
- Serve as a liaison between the board of directors and company stakeholders.
- Advise on good governance practices and compliance of corporate governance norms.
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements related to company operations.
- Assist with due diligence and regulatory compliance for portfolio companies.
Eligibility
- ACS certification (Associate Company Secretary) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, company secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, drafting, and communication skills.
- High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Prior experience in the startup, VC, or investment ecosystem is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
