AUM Capital Market Private Limited is hiring a Company Secretary with experience of 3 years to join their office in Greater Kolkata Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling regulatory and compliance issues, maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings and shareholder meetings, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of company law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling corporate governance and company secretarial functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional certification as a Company Secretary (CS)
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Securities Market.
