Dudhoria Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join their office in the Kolkata Metropolitan Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with compliance under company law.
- Draft board and shareholder resolutions, notices, and minutes.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for compliance matters.
- Monitor corporate governance requirements.
- File statutory returns and forms.
- Support the team with company secretarial and compliance tasks.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of company law, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in drafting resolutions, notices, minutes, and legal documentation.
- Experience in statutory filings and maintaining statutory records.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for SMEs or startups.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance software.
- Semi-qualified Company Secretary from ICSI or relevant certification.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Previous experience in compliance, legal, or corporate law environments is an advantage.
