Details of the Job/Internship
EazyDiner Private Limited is hiring a Company Secretary with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Prepare minutes for board meetings, general meetings, and official gatherings.
- Ensure timely filing of ROC returns and forms on the MCA portal.
- Prepare and file FLA returns and manage FCGPR filings.
- Maintain corporate governance standards and compliance practices.
- Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, and IP matters.
- Manage legal documentation and records systematically.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities for compliance matters.
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
- Coordinate with consultants on merger-related activities.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI.
- LL.B. is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MCA portal and compliance tools.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
