Details of the Job/Internship
Expertvuw is hiring for the position of CS Semi-Qualified / Dropout / CS Trainee in Dwarka, Delhi (On-site). Candidates with 0-3 years of experience are eligible to apply.
Role and Responsibilities
For CS Semi-Qualified / Dropout Candidates:
- Handling ROC filings, annual returns, and other compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Assisting in drafting board resolutions, agreements, and statutory documents.
- Supporting due diligence, corporate restructuring, and regulatory approvals.
- Working on NBFC, stock broking compliances, and SME IPO documentation.
- Coordinating with regulatory authorities like MCA, SEBI, RBI, and Stock Exchanges.
- Handling client queries and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
For CS Trainees:
- Assisting in company incorporations, secretarial audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, minutes of meetings, and filings.
- Learning about corporate governance, FEMA compliance, and IEPF claim processes.
- Researching legal updates and compliance requirements.
- Supporting the team in litigation matters, share recovery cases, and corporate advisory
Eligibility
- CS Semi-Qualified / CS Dropout with relevant knowledge and experience.
- CS Trainees pursuing CS courses and looking for professional training (as per ICSI norms).
- Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA, and NBFC Compliance.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, and Zoho CRM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment.
