Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in Secretarial, Legal, and Corporate Advisory matters.
- Handle Corporate Actions, Secretarial Audit, and Due Diligence.
- Participate in XBRL Tagging, RBI, NCLT, and IBC related matters.
