GROUPE VERITAS is hiring for the position of Company Secretary with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas, board papers, and documentation for board meetings, committee meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Convene and facilitate AGMs and board meetings, record accurate minutes, draft resolutions, and file statutory forms and annual returns with relevant authorities.
- Monitor and update internal stakeholders on any policy, regulatory, or statutory changes that may impact the organization, ensuring timely approvals and implementation.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Manage corporate correspondence, compile reports, and communicate board and committee decisions to appropriate stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external advisors such as auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and statutory requirements, including adherence to best practices in corporate governance.
Eligibility
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial, compliance, or legal roles.
