Details of the Job/Internship
JSA is hiring a Company Secretary to join their office in Noida. The role focuses on ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance and strengthening corporate governance practices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining statutory records, registers, and regulatory filings.
- Organizing board and committee meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
- Providing corporate governance advice and legal guidance.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring timely filings.
- Assisting with corporate transactions and related documentation.
- Supporting senior leadership in adherence to governance best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Excellent drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in a similar or legal/compliance-focused role is an advantage.
