Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is looking for a company secretary to work with them in a remote setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance under SEBI LODR regulations, managing statutory filings, preparing and filing annual reports and financial statements, and maintaining company registers and records.
• You will also prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for board and general meetings while providing strategic advisory regarding corporate governance.

Eligibility

• In-depth knowledge of SEBI LODR compliance regulations, corporate governance, and legal requirements.
• Proficiency in statutory filings, maintaining company records, and preparing essential documentation such as annual reports and financial statements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing schedules, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide advisory services and interact with stakeholders.
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) certification is required.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced organization is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and compliance management tools is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

50,000/- Per Month.
