Details of the Job/Internship
Arpanna Group is hiring a qualified Company Secretary with 5–10 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable corporate laws.
- Handle ROC and MCA filings, statutory registers, and corporate records.
- Support Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings.
- Draft and respond to legal notices and manage legal correspondence.
- Draft and review agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in corporate restructuring and conduct secretarial audits as required.
Eligibility
- LLB is mandatory.
- Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI.
- 5–10 years of relevant company secretarial or legal experience.
- Hands-on experience with ROC and MCA compliances.
- Strong legal drafting skills, particularly in legal notices.
- Experience with group companies or diversified businesses is preferred.
- Exposure to real estate, automotive, or hospitality sectors is an added advantage.
