Mukka Proteins Limited is hiring a Company Secretary with 2 years of experience for its Mangaluru, Karnataka office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws & regulations, including the Companies Act, 2013, Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations.
- Act as assistant to the Board and attend all Board and committee meetings.
- Assist in preparation of meeting notice, agendas & minutes.
Eligibility
- Member of ICSI with 2 years of PQE.
- Candidates with listed company exposure will be given preference.
- The Candidate will get an opportunity to work for IPO bound company.
