Details of the Job/Internship
Novation Legal, based in NCR, is looking for a candidate for the position of Company Secretary to join them at their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements, maintaining statutory books, and organizing board meetings and general meetings.
- The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, keeping up with regulatory developments, and liaison with regulatory authorities.
- The Company Secretary will also work closely with senior management to provide legal and strategic advice.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Experience in organizing board meetings and general meetings.
- Skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to keep up with regulatory developments and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Experience in the legal industry and knowledge of corporate governance.
