Patel Chem Specialities P. Ltd. is looking for a candidate for the position of Company Secretary.
Role and Responsibilities
The Company Secretary will be responsible for performing various day-to-day tasks such as maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings, managing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, assisting with corporate governance, and handling corporate communications. The Company Secretary will also provide support in the preparation of annual reports, resolutions, and other legal documents.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in corporate law, company secretarial practices, and compliance.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and practices (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Company Secretary Certification (preferred).
