Perfect Accounting & Shared Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Company Secretary to join our team This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting with secretarial and ensuring other compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintaining corporate records, registers, and legal documents.
- Coordinating and conducting board meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Managing share transfers and related documentation.
- Providing advice on corporate governance and related matters.
- Assisting in XBRL filing and other statutory filings as required.
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including government departments, consultants etc.
- Preparation & ensuring timely filing of forms/returns etc. with ROC, RBI, and other regulators, including directors' disclosure etc.
Eligibility
- Knowledge and practical experience in the area of Company Law and Rules made thereunder, secretarial standards/practices, FEMA
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team Player: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, with experience in XBRL filing and other related software.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
