Details of the Job/Internship
They assist businesses in navigating corporate legalities efficiently and are looking for a passionate Company Secretary to join their growing team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling company incorporation (PVT, LLP, OPC) and related filings including foreign shareholders (foreign resident/OCIs/POIs)
- Handling Foreign Business entity registration , in Middle East, Singapore, US, UK, and Canada.
- Managing GST registration, FSSAI applications, and legal compliance for Body Corporate/individual.
- Processing changes such as:
- Company/LLP Name Change.
- Registered Office Address Change (Company/LLP)
- Alteration of Objects Clause.
- Change in Capital Clause (Increase/Decrease)
- Share Transfers.
- Conversion of OPC to PVT.
- Assisting in licensing and certifications, including:
- Trade License, Hallmark Application, FSSAI, ISO.
- 12A & 80G, GEM, Shop Act Registration.
- IEC, IECGATE, RCMC, Startup Recognition, 80 IAC.
Eligibility
- CS Qualification (Preferably pursuing or completed)
- 0-1 year experience in corporate compliance, legal documentation, and secretarial work.
- Strong knowledge of ROC filings, company law, and corporate governance.
- Familiarity with online portals such as MCA, GST, FSSAI, IEC, GEM, and Trade License portals.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
