Details of the Job/Internship
Samisti Legal is hiring for the position of Company Secretary with 1 year of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Draft board resolutions, manage meeting minutes, and maintain company records.
- Prepare and file annual returns and other statutory documents.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (MCA, SEBI, etc.) and handle filings.
- Support the Board of Directors with corporate governance and legal strategies.
- Provide advice on compliance matters and oversee implementation of governance practices.
Eligibility
- CS qualification with 1 year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in drafting resolutions, legal documents, and maintaining statutory records.
- Proficiency in preparing and filing statutory documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage.
