Satish Injecto Plast Private Limited is hiring a Company Secretary in Nashik, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The daily tasks include maintaining company records, preparing board meeting agendas and minutes, liaising with regulators, and ensuring governance practices are followed. The individual will also play a key role in communication between the board of directors, management, and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial practices.
• Experience with record maintenance, preparing agendas, and minute-taking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field; a CS qualification is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.
