This is a full-time Company Secretary role based in Jaipur.

Role and Responsibilities

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, managing communication between Board of Directors and shareholders, and organizing board meetings.

Eligibility

• Legal compliance, Corporate Governance, and Regulatory Knowledge
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
