Details of the Job/Internship
Swiss Beauty is hiring a Company Secretary with 3–7 years of experience to join their team in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (NDAs, MOUs, contracts).
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor matters.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Manage legal risks and coordinate with external counsel.
- Maintain legal records and case documentation.
- Secretarial:
- Organize and prepare board meeting agendas and AGM materials.
- Draft minutes and maintain statutory records.
- File statutory returns with regulatory bodies (e.g., RoC).
- Handle incorporation, amendments, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for licenses and approvals.
- Stay updated on secretarial best practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM preferred).
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification highly desirable.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in legal and/or secretarial roles.
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and corporate governance.
