Details of the Job/Internship

Job Description:

• Areas / Fields of Interest - Regulatory Consulting to BFSI, especially: NBFCs and Asset Management Entities
• The key work areas would initially involve guiding and assisting in advisory, application, structuring, set up, compliance, examining applicability of PIT, SAST & LODR Regulations, Company Law requirements, ESG Compliances, FEMA aspects, etc., product validation and handholding of the following:
• Fintech start ups
• RBI regulated entities including Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs), Peer to Peer Lending entities (P2P), etc.
• SEBI regulated intermediaries including Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Mutual Funds, Stock Brokers, Investment Advisers, Research Analysts, Online Bond Platforms, etc.
• Entities regulated under the GIFT IFSCA

The work areas will involve a deep reading & understanding of the regulatory laws, analysis and application of the laws.

Eligibility
