Details of the Job/Internship
The Ideaz Factory is hiring a Company Secretary (Tech-Enabled Compliance Specialist) with 1-2 years of experience for their Chandigarh office.
This role will focus on leveraging software-driven solutions to streamline compliance processes and align with evolving trends in digital compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a keen interest in technology-driven compliance solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive the digital transformation of compliance processes using software tools and platforms.
- Manage end-to-end corporate compliance requirements, including filings, records, and liaison with state agencies.
- Analyze trends in digital compliance and recommend technology solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to develop or integrate compliance modules into the company's product.
- Ensure adherence to capital market regulations and corporate governance practices.
- Provide strategic insights on compliance automation and its impact on operational efficiency.
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory requirements and digital compliance trends.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and corporate laws in India.
- Exposure to digital compliance platforms and tech tools is essential.
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial regulations is preferred.
