UPICON is hiring a Company Secretary with experience of 1. 5 years to join their office in Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate governance matters.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and maintain legal documents, including board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and corporate filings.
- Coordinate and facilitate board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, collating board packs, and drafting minutes.
- Provide advice and guidance to the board of directors on corporate governance matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar role.
- depth knowledge of secretarial functions, the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, directors, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
