Details of the Job/Internship

Zoho is hiring for the position of company secretary-associate to join them in their Chennai office

Role and Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliances related to structuring of transactions (India/Abroad).
• Compliances under Indian Companies Act and FEMA.
• Mergers/Acquisition/Overseas Incorporation/Cross-border fund infusion.
• Review and preparation of transaction documents (Investment Agreements/Term sheets/Letter of Intent, etc).
• Compliances related to Corporate Governance/Exchange control laws in Middle East Africa (MEA).

The current role provides an opportunity to delve into procedural details while navigating regulatory complexities. You’ll also collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field and engage frequently with C-suite executives.

Eligibility

Prior experience in any of the mentioned fields is not mandatory but would be considered an added advantage. Additional qualification - LLB (Optional).

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
